Dayne Crist is a hugh player at 6'5" 225 pounds and is in the shape of Zach Frazer. Dayne Crist says he loves competition and that is what he will get when goes to Notre Dame. Competition makes every player better and there for a while we had no competition at any position. The players showed that because they were not getting better from year to year.
