Harrison Smith commits to Notre Dame at a library with his parents by his side. Harrison is a 6'2" 205 lbs. safty from Tennesse. He is a quick striker from the safety position. Has great vision and can read the offense wide receivers and strike. He has 4.5 40 speed. He played his high school ball at Knoxville Catholic. Harrison played RB and safety for his school. This makes 2 of the top 5 out of Tennessee. It is a great pickup for Notre Dame.

Harrison seems like he is a faster, not stonger player then Tommy Z. We will only see what happens in the 4 to 5 years that he spends at Notre Dame. This will probably end the recruiting process for safety this year but don't be suprised that if Lorenzo Edwards or Major Wright want to come that Notre Dame doesn't accept them.
