Charlie Weis is having a press conference to announce something at 1pm on 1/11/2007. Wonder what it is going to be about? Fans around the Notre Dame boards are speculating that some of the defensive coaches are going to be fired after the terrible year the defense displayed this year. It will be a relief to see Rick Minter go. I was never a big Rick Minter fan from the get go. I always thought some of the other coaches were better suited for defensive coordinator then Rick Minter was. Charlie Weis did what he wanted and he wanted Notre Dame former coaches or assistant coaches to help him through the first couple of years. Now the help is not needed and more Weis Guys are being brought in.
